For Men - Mix 1 rounded scoop (30g) with 150ml water or skimmed milk in your Bodybuilding Warehouse shaker, shake, and drink. Add more water for a less intense flavour, and less for a more intense flavour. Consume Performance Diet Whey 3 times per day for best results – ideally once in the morning immediately upon waking, once immediately post workout, and once at any other time of day in place of your normal between meal snack.
